It's like a shounen jump manga yo
So I was up against 2 past winners (with their names engraved on the trophy), a typical HOT BLOODED SHOUNEN college student, and the underdog.
I won jack.
Seriously. I lost.
I mean come on, two veterans and a guy from Nilai College with his HOT BLOODED PERSONAL ARMY (who had WANINOKO in the group of all things - I couldn't recognize her without her makeup and wig!)? Even Shounen Jump's more realistic about it. Personally I felt I really wasn't doing my best (The whole morning was just CRAP and I was just lucky I got to leave early), so I don't really deserve anything. My colleague won 2nd for the Evaluation contest, so all's good for the club. =)
I didn't go away TOTALLY empty-handed though....

kimango for getting me the Vagrant Story Ultimania AND the Zetsubou Sensei gashapon. Ultimania's brand new too - elderg, silvennia, honou_no_izumi, and yuncyn saw me rip off the shrink wrap. Even if it WAS 2nd-hand, it looks new enough. Another piece of my life complete!
And the gashapon? Totally FOC. Seeminses go bonkers.
Anyway at least I don't have to do the speech anymore (was getting sick of it), so now...
...I think I'll train up for the Table Topics competition.
