Camwhore meme!

So the other day mum and I were looking at my wardrobe trying to pick out clothes for work...
Mum: I'm so sick of looking at your clothes. :(
Me: Yeah, me too. =\
Mum: Let's go get you some new stuff! :D
Me: OK! 8D

This ain't a meme, but I do want to see the girls on my f-list post up clothing items that they love on their ljs. Pretty please? Your lovely faces/dresses/clothes/accessories. SHOW ME THEM CUZ AIN'T NO SHAME LADIES DO YOUR THANG.

I freely admit I bought this because the motif looked EXACTLY LIKE THE ROSES IN UTENA and I cannot lie.

Crosses! Always have been a sucker for crosses. *__*

In the immortal words of
_deru: HAT! X3

Blouse: Pots-1
Skinny jeans: Treats
Photo: Mum ("How do I shot picture?")
The blouse was 50% off, and the jeans were MUCH cheaper than I'd expected. O_O

Blouse: Treats
In between clothes the salesgirls were "here try THIS" and "put THIS on!" and "THIS is how you tie this knot!" in between adjusting my clothes. Must be a woman's instinct to dress other people up.

Blouse: Treats
And finally they said, "YOUR JEANS ARE TOO BAGGY AND IT MAKES YOU LOOK LIKE CRAP. TRY THESE SKINNY JEANS."
Well, mission accomplished!

Blouse: Treats
And then the bill came and all I thought of was: "Goodbye my bonus, goodbyeeeee T__T"
I finally own an off-shoulder blouse, hooray!
Now to get a strapless bra...
(P.S. I wish I could cut my hair to that length without screwing it all up. =( )

LBD: Niichi
My aunt the better fashion expert because her daughters are more fashionable than I tagged along and we had dinner at Pasta De Gohan (and bumped into Teh-O and Nerv and....their friend....who let me try her Oreo Parfait....thank you!) before going to Niichi because I get quite a lot of stuff from there and their variety's pretty good for cheap.

Dress: Niichi
Like Audrey Hepburn! But not quite. =(
The main point of note for Niichi is that the majority of their sales staff are transsexuals who are always polite and more than happy to help - case in point, the head salesgirl (middle-aged and you wouldn't KNOW she used to be a man until she opened her mouth) at the shop was giving advice to a girl on how to buy an evening dress. Protip: If an evening gown doesn't look good on your shoulders, the rest of the gown won't work because the draping will go all wonky over your body. Other tips included how to even your skin tone over your arms...and god knows what else because I was farther away. The girl's boyfriend/hubby listened intently too. That salesgirl was AWESOME.

Dress: Niichi
DRAPERY IS EVERYTHING Y/N? 8DDDDD Problem is it's definitely too elegant for clubbing, so I have NO CLUE where I'm going to wear this. =(((((
And the winner for OMG I WANT TO BUY THIS BUT SO IMPRACTICAL award:

Dress: Treats
At RM200, I had better have SOMEWHERE TO GO if I'm gonna buy it. -___- Empire/Princess cuts are <3. The fabric felt SO nice and the skirt was SO flowy and to think my mum & aunt were SO sure I was gonna look awful in it.
HAH. >D
And for sticking it out, here's a picture of me in thigh-high socks! Thanks
mistressnaoko! 8DDD

Oh my, how scandalous.
Somewhere in Pyramid's Asian Avenue there's a place that does professional glamour shots for a minimum of RM38. FIELD TRIP Y/N?
