Since the line between what's confidential information and what's normal work bitchery about has been smudged to an unrecognizable blur, the majority of my work-related entries will now be friends-locked.

My LJ isn't linked to both my blog or facebook, but I'd rather not take any chances. My FB though...the Project 365 pics had some patient names that I found interesting, so I set all the pics to private for the time being (even though I'd set it to Friends Only prior) until I figure out how to handle the lot.
